prescription requests

You can now request prescripions "on-line" by e-mail - just click on the link pills@hlmc.co.uk listing the items you need from your repeat prescription list.

If you need regular medication, you will receive a computerised copy attached to your prescription.

Please indicate which items you require, and leave the slip in the post box or at reception at least one working day before you collect your prescription.

Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you wish your prescription to be posted to you. For convenience, we try to give two consecutive prescriptions at a time.

You can also fax your prescription requests on 01663 766566.

Please do not request repeat prescriptions by telephone.
